Hound Hauz is off the beaten path, but once you find us, you will be glad you did! We are a laid back, come as you are, dog and kid friendly, neighborhood hangout. Whether you stop in for the ice cold drinks, a bite to eat, to pet the dogs, to meet people, shop at the 1486 market, attend a Sip N Create Workshop, or other event, you’re bound to find something you love. If you’re looking for a relaxing end to your day or a boost to jumpstart your night, we have something for everyone. Hound Hauz is a great place to hang out, no matter your age or interests.
Bring your family or furry friends (even the two legged ones)! Yes, we’re kid friendly so your little munchkins are welcome too! We have toys, board games, balls and a playground just for them.

WORKSHOPS & EVENTS

Ladies Bunco & Left Right Center
If you’ve never played Bunco or LRC before, they’re super fun games of dice that are super easy to learn. Our group is made up of all ages, we’ve had players as young as 19 and as old as 79! We have the best time throwing dice, eating and catching up with each other. We live by the motto, What Happens at Bunco, Stays at Bunco!

Heinz 57 Paint Party
Our workshops are typically adult only, but not this one! We thought it would be fun to open it up to your entire family! Kids, parents and grandparents are welcome to sign up. You pick the size canvas you’re going to paint on, and we will help you draw a silly Heinz 57 Dog (or Kitty).

Adult Game Night
We love all of our furry friends! Big dogs, small dogs, fat dogs, skinny dogs, tall dogs, short dogs, young dogs, and old dogs need a loving home! Please join us for a day of DOGS, shopping, food and fun! Montgomery County Animal Shelter Texas will be joining us for a DOG DAYS ADOPTION EVENT!

C R A W F I S H and C O L D D R I N K S, come on out and get you some! If you’re not a fan of mudbugs, no worries, they serve cajun dishes, chicken strip or shrimp baskets too. RAIN or FREEZING temps is no problem. We have seating inside, under our covered patio or tall shade trees. Beer and board games, your favorite sports and music too! We have a laid back, come as you are vibe so what are you waiting for?

Adult Game Night
Mark your calendar for a fun-filled evening of laughter, competition, and good times! Get ready to roll dice, flip cards, strategize and have a blast. Whether you’re a seasoned gamer or new to board games, this event is a great way to meet people, hang out, have a drink and bite to eat! We will have a wide range of board games from classic favorites, cards and dominoes to choose from, but we encourage you to bring your favorites.
